# 조기 전환 수수료

전환사채(CB) 형태의 조기 전환 수수료는 만기일 이전에 채권을 주식으로 전환하려는 채권 보유자에게 부과되는 비용입니다.

이 수수료는 조기 전환을 억제하고, 채권 보유자가 더 긴 기간 동안 채권을 보유하도록 유도하여 발행자의 재정 전략과 일치하도록 설계되었습니다.
