For example,

If lottery drawn in 4th of Feb at 22:00, the prize will be added to 1st round.\
If lottery drawn in 10th of Feb, the prize will be added to 2nd round.\
If lottery drawn in 10th of Mar, the prize will be added to 2nd round.
